Who Came to the Woodburn Tulip Festival?

Sunday was a slow day.  It was hot and people were simply enjoying themselves. So I sat in my booth and took pictures~

Fabulous Friday

It's the end of the week and the beginning of what promises to be a gorgeous weekend!  My plans are to be at the Woodburn Tulip Festival manning my booth.  Although many of the blooms are gone, you can still see some of them immortalized in my photos!  Ansel Adams said, "To the complaint, 'There are no people in these photographs' I respond,  There are always two people: the photographer and the viewer."

So here - enjoy the tulip festival with me!

          

 

 

Happy May Day!

Although "May Day" has multiple histories depending on when and where you are looking, I prefer to think of it as the first day of May Flowers!  Here in the Pacific Northwest, we are ready to be done with April Showers and welcome in the brightness that promises the warmer days of Summer ahead!
