What's New

Trying to keep up with the 365 day project has turned out to be far more than I expected.  But give up - Heck no!! I'm staying on it!  Check it out and tell me what you think!

I'll have a booth at the Wooden Shoe Tulip Festival again this year - April 5th and 6th and again on Easter weekend, April 19th and 20th.  You can come out, photograph your own tulips and take some home!  Here are some shots from last year -

Check it out - Wooden Shoe Tulip Festival in Woodburn, Oregon!

And come visit my esty site - there are some new pieces out there (and I'm working on some cards that will be offered after the Tulip Fest - introducing them there!)

Freezing Fog

Last week the cold temperatures brought freezing fog to our neighborhood.  From a distance it looked like a dusting of snow, but close up you could see really interesting ice formations!  Check it out!

The First Freeze!

Driving to work down hwy 99E, the moisture in the rocks on the side of the hill had frozen.  The fencing is there to protect the road from rock slides, but you can still see the frozen water clinging to the rock.

Happy Thanksgving

On this day of Thanksgiving I stand in awe of the beauty around me.  I look to the blue, sunny sky and around to the crisp leaves and fragrant evergreens.  I breath in deep and relish in the sensation of being alive.  I am so blessed in my life with beauty and family and friends.  I wish for you to have all that and more - to be thankful for each day and every breath - on this day and every day to come.

Happy Thanksgiving

Wet Wonders of the Earth

The rainy season brings an array of fungi.  These beauties were nestling in the pine needles in my front yard!
