Marylhurst

I love architecture - The lines can be so appealing.  But I don't like to just photograph a building, I like to tweak it and create a unique perspective.  So here is one of the buildings at the university where I attend graduate school - Marylhurst University in Oregon -

I love my cat - but she is a strange one.  The ants had taken over my potato basket so I took it down, emptied and washed it.  It was drying on the kitchen counters and I turned around to see.....

Cats and Dogs

I love watching animals, especially the ones that live with us.  It's hard to capture a personality, but every now and then, you do.  Here are a few felines and canines - some I know, some I don't - but all have unique expressions and personalities.

 

Over the Rainbow

With St. Patrick's day just a couple of weeks away, this rainbow had some perfect timing.  When the sun shines through my fish tank, it bounces out the opposite side and bends onto the furniture.  Although not one my best compositions, the color intensity just got me excited!

Note - this photo was cropped and brightened.  The colors were that vibrant on the arm of the chair!
