National Bat Appreciation Day

I love bats. I think they are fascinating creatures that have been given a bad rap. Where I live there are a lot of fruit bats. They eat insects and are beneficial to the crops. I can hear them at night calling to each other. It's kind of a cool sound to fall asleep to.
