Nature is my muse. It has always been my haven. As a sculptor, a trip to the beach or deep in the forest was the surest way to break that proverbial creative block.
I see beauty in the things around me – the colors, shapes, textures. All those aspects of my surroundings inspire and invigorate me. There is nothing mundane in the natural world.
I want to take photographs that explore the extraordinary in the ordinary; that stir a sense of wonder in the things we take for granted. I want my photography to celebrate the world through my eyes.
